Cyclone’s Black Adam costume is a minimal Oz, a minimal Starvation Online games

And boy, does Cyclone dance. Black Adam’s just take on the visual result of her wind powers, a combination of CGI outcomes and wire perform, has Swindell swimming through the air like an otter, spinning and twisting like a Cirque du Soleil overall performance as their skirt and hair orbit gorgeously all over them.
