According to reports, 38-year-old Adam Jenne was disembarked from a flight in Florida, USA, because he wanted to wear a red thong as a face mask.

As a result of his weird actions, Jenne was asked to leave the aircraft before it took off from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

During an interview with NBC2, a news channel, Jenne said that he did what he did to show the “absurdity” of forcing passengers to wear face masks on planes while allowing them to be removed to eat and drink.

The entire incident was caught on camera and it’s currently viral on the internet right now.

The viral video shows Jenne being confronted by the crew of the plane.

A passenger who filmed the video said that the crew were informing Jenne that he would not be able to stay on the plane if he kept on wearing the thing on his face.

After some time, he left his seat.

Talking about the incident, Jenne said that he had worn underwear on his face during previous flights and told the air crew that it’s a mask and it is doing its job.

The United Airlines released a statement about the weird incident.

Their statement said:

The customer clearly wasn’t in compliance with the federal mask mandate and we appreciate that our team addressed the issue on the ground prior to takeoff, avoiding any potential disruptions on the air.

A thong as a mask, that’s something only a Florida man would do.
